Are you interested in growing your own fresh vegetables in a ready-made organic garden? We have inexpensive plots available at the GROW (Gardeners for Regional Organic Wellbeing) Community Garden located on Buchanan Street, behind Trinity Lutheran Church. We have 4′ by 20′ plots for $20 per year and 10′ by 20′ plots for $45. The rental fee includes your water, organic compost, and rototilling if you’d like that. If you’d like to join our organization, we meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of most months at 5pm at the UI Extension Office. All are welcome! Membership is $20 per year. Our next meeting is Wednesday, January 24.
